After years in the corporate world left me burned out, I took my eclectic background in consulting, education and fitness and chose to refocus and share with others my love of the mind-body connection and the peace yoga can bring to our busy lives. I became a Certified Yoga Instructor and founded White Dandelion Yoga.

I am grateful to continue growing alongside my students and honored by the opportunity to share the mindful awareness and calm my classes can bring to your daily practice.

Private Yoga Classes

Always wanted to try yoga but not ready to jump into a group class setting? ..Or maybe you have specific needs you don't feel will be addressed in a group setting? Private classes are perfect for working through specific concerns and building your confidence.

Your body type, strength, and experience will determine which poses and modifications or enhancements are right for you.

Group Classes - Tuesdays & Thursdays at 9am

Our Group Yoga classes aren’t just about physical exercise but also about nurturing a deeper connection to yourself, fostering mindfulness, and promoting overall well-being. All class levels will focus on the breath, presence, and mindful movement.

  • Gentle Yoga - a slower-paced, less intense style of yoga that is perfect for people of all ages and fitness levels. In this class, you can expect to do a variety of poses, including standing poses, seated poses, and floor poses. The poses are modified to make them accessible to everyone, and Amanda provides additional guidance on how to safely modify each pose as needed. Sign up for Gentle Yoga Classes here.

  • All-Levels Yoga - designed to be accessible to students of all levels of experience, from beginners to advanced practitioners. Modifications and enhancements will be offered for each pose, so that students can choose the option most appropriate for their body and practice. Sign up for All-Levels Yoga Classes here.
