Throughout my career in the healthcare field I am fascinated by our bodies ability to heal themselves if given the chance. I have learned that the basic requirement for self healing is listening. Listening to what our body, our emotions and our souls have to tell us.

And then ... breathe.

During my 10 years as a nurse in Germany I always encouraged my patients to take a deep breath. Never to hold their breath. It was more an intuition than a knowing.

As a Massage Therapist I realized, breathing was instrumental for relaxation and releasing muscle tensions. But I always felt there is something more to discover about the breath.

It wasn’t until my first breath workshop, that I understood that by conscious breathing we can tap into our innate ability to heal ourselves and access our subconsciousness. By doing so we get the chance to let go of any stored emotions and traumas by simply exhaling.

Liberated from years of tension and unresolved emotions, we create space to be filled with joy and aliveness.
