I felt called to take a leap into hands-on work in 2021, becoming a Licensed Massage Therapist and Usui/Holy Fire III Reiki Practitioner. In 2023, I added Lymphatic Drainage Certification to my offering.

Thanks to an incredible group of people supporting and teaching me, I am bringing it all together on the table to assist clients struggling with pain, stress, anxiety and other mind-body imbalances.

My approach is to hold the space that allows my clients to "have a conversation" with their mind, body and spirit through massage induced meditation. Together we will bring balance back into your life!
