Yoga with Meditation - Jessica

50 minutes @ $20.00

The science of yoga taught in its classical form including Asana (the postures of the yoga practice), Pranayama (breathing techniques) and integrative meditation for relaxation and intention setting. Open level classes are great for all levels, even beginners.
