Reiki ⚛︎ Energy Work
Reiki is a gentle energy healing practice originating in Japan. It helps stabilize the energy in your body and allow the mind and body to communicate in a healthy and more balanced way.
Reiki is a silent meditation where the practitioner sends pure energy, chi from source, into the chakra points — the energy centers of your body, starting at the base of your spine and going up to the top of the head. Every session is as unique as the individual.
Some clients may visualize colors during their session. And some may have thoughts pop up — calming or stressful. This is the process of the subconscious mind either letting go of what no longer serves your highest potential, or making peace with an event in your life.

During a session, you can expect to find crystals on your chakras, sound bowls softly echoing through the room, and a sense of peace when you leave. It is worth noting that Reiki energy is only received by the client if they so choose, consent for this can be withdrawn mid session even without speaking!
The effects of a session may last for more than a few days, and may be as extreme as epiphanies or as gentle as just feeling a little more clear in your mind/body connection.
